Every Relay workspace serves the board as a full public page. No install needed: just link to it.
The URL#
https://support.notaislop.xyz/w/your-workspace/feedbackyour-workspace is your workspace’s address, shown under Inbox → Settings → Install. Each idea also has its own shareable page at /w/your-workspace/feedback/<id>, which is handy for replying to a customer with “upvote this and we’ll keep you posted”.
Where to link it#
- A “Feedback” or “Roadmap” item in your app’s menu or account dropdown.
- Your help center, changelog and product update emails.
- Replies to customers who ask for a feature.
Visitors on the hosted page#
The hosted page can’t know who is signed in to your app, so votes there are anonymous and tied to the browser. If you want votes to follow your users across devices, embed the board with a userId instead.
Appearance#
The hosted page is branded as your business: your workspace name, logo and accent color, with a small “powered by Relay” credit, and your chat widget in the corner. To present the board inside your own product’s frame, use the embed or build your own UI.
