The inbox is where you answer everything. It’s built to be cleared quickly: one list, one thread, and a keyboard flow that lets you work without the mouse.
Signing in#
Go to /login and sign in with the Google account or email address you signed up with. You stay signed in for 14 days on that browser. Teammates you add under Team sign in the same way, with their own accounts.
Views#
Each view shows a live count in the sidebar, and the Open count is highlighted when something is unread. The browser tab shows the unread count too, such as (3) Inbox.
Search#
Press / to jump to search. It matches the subject, the customer’s name and email, tags, and the text of every message in the conversation.
The conversation thread#
Messages appear in order, each styled by who sent it:
Email conversations show an envelope on the avatar and an Email badge. Each of your messages there shows whether the email was sent or failed.
Replying#
- Press R to focus the composer, write your reply and press Ctrl Enter (⌘ Enter on Mac) to send.
- Add Shift to send and resolve in one go.
- Type / at the start of an empty reply to pick a saved reply.
- Sending a reply moves the conversation to Pending. When the customer answers, it comes back to Open.
Internal notes#
Switch the composer to Internal note to leave context for yourself or a teammate: what you checked, a link to a bug, a reminder. Notes are never shown to the customer, never emailed and never sent to the AI, and they don’t change the status.
Status, priority and tags#
- Status: resolve with E; press it again to reopen.
- Priority: low, normal, high or urgent. High and urgent show in the list so they stand out.
- Tags: short labels like
billingorbug, shown in the list and counted in Analytics.
Customer sidebar#
Next to the thread you’ll see who you’re talking to: name, email, everything your app passed in meta (plan, company, etc.) and their previous conversations. See Identify your users to fill it in automatically.
